BOARD MEMBERS
The Minnesota Financial Workers and Case Aides Association is guided by a dedicated team of volunteers who represent financial workers and case aides from across the state. Our board members bring years of experience, compassion, and commitment to supporting their peers, strengthening communication, and promoting professionalism in human services.
Professional Development & Training
We coordinate statewide and regional training opportunities, support curriculum development for the Human Services Eligibility Worker program at Pine Technical & Community College, and provide scholarships to members and their families to encourage continued growth and excellence. By fostering ongoing education and professional development, MFWCAA helps build a skilled, knowledgeable workforce equipped to deliver quality human services across Minnesota.
Advocacy & Collaboration
MFWCAA works closely with state and county partners to improve communication, influence policy updates, and contribute to program manuals that shape Minnesota’s human services system. Through active collaboration and shared expertise, we help ensure that policies, procedures, and resources reflect the real-world needs of financial workers, case aides, and the communities they serve.
Recognition & Support
We recognize outstanding service among financial workers and case aides, conduct caseload studies, and assist in developing job descriptions that strengthen the state merit system and elevate the profession statewide. By highlighting achievements, promoting fairness, and supporting accurate workload standards, MFWCAA helps ensure that those serving Minnesota’s families are valued, supported, and set up for long-term success.
