The Confidence Habit: 7 Core Practices to Turn Self-Doubt into Self-Belief
Dr. Cindra Kamphoff, CMPC, PCC
Confidence isn’t fixed. It fluctuates. It rises and falls based on context, role, and pressure. Yet it remains one of the most powerful drivers of performance, well-being, and results.
Our National Research Study on Confidence reveals a growing confidence crisis in America — particularly among Gen Z and young Millennials. We also found that women are more likely to question their value and less likely to share their opinions. When confidence is inconsistent, you overthink and question your value. You hesitate.
In this powerful keynote, you’ll discover the 7 research-backed practices that build durable, sustainable confidence. You’ll walk away with tangible tools to strengthen their own confidence and create environments where others can thrive — so they can show up fully, lead boldly, and perform at their best no matter the challenge.
