Interim Assistance

The Interim Assistance Team has developed two new resources to support staff in processing SSI Interim Assistance cases more consistently and efficiently: the Worker's Reference Guide: SSI IAA DAIL Messages and the SSI IAA DAIL Message Flowchart. These tools provide guidance for interpreting SSI DAIL messages, identifying the appropriate next steps, and promoting consistent case handling across workers. The resource information will be uploaded to DHS-SIR> MAXIS>Worker Resources Cash soon.
