RE: Child Care Assistance Program training announcement:
“Spring into CCAP: Understanding how to apply CCAP policies & workshop”
The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) is providing a new in-person and virtual training: “Spring
into CCAP: Understanding how to apply CCAP policies & workshop.” CCAP is hosting statewide trainings
this spring 2026! Training will include CCAP policy refreshers covering the topics of reporting
requirements, program integrity, authorizing care workshops, and deferring redeterminations; new
child. These trainings are intended for child care assistance workers and supervisors.
There are five scheduled training sessions* on the dates below. The sessions are expected to be 1.5
hours in length, including time for questions and answers. Please register for one of the following
sessions via TrainLink
(click “Course Catalog,” search “TES278-2,” select the course, then click “Class
Schedule” for the specific date).
In-person sessions are limited to 50 attendees. Please do not share your registration email with others.
When registered for the virtual session, an email will be sent before the scheduled training with Webex
information and training handouts. Please do not share your registration email with others to ensure
everyone is credited with enrollment.
