CCAP Dashboard

A new publicly available Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) dashboard provides county-level data about the children served by CCAP, the providers who participate in the program, and Basic Sliding Fee/MFIP child care expenditures. This dashboard provides crucial insights about how many children who are potentially eligible for CCAP are receiving services, as well as how many licensed providers in each county have provided care for a CCAP child. This data, along with the funding information, help paint a picture of how CCAP supports families and providers across Minnesota and will be a useful resource for advocates, legislators, and county and state staff.

“What’s New” CCAP Policy Manual

Updates to the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) Policy Manual are now available on the Department of Human Services PartnerLink. On the PartnerLink webpage, click on Manuals > Child Care Assistance Program to find changes for June 2026. “What’s New for June 2026” highlights recent policy changes to the manual.
